Janine Elkhoury is the marketing and business manager at Building Bridges Through Music. Janine has over fifteen years of experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a sales and marketing specialist at Prudential Real Estate and RE/MAX Andrew Realty Services.

Janine is an expert in generating market leads and converting them into sales qualified leads. Janine has helped both local and relocation buyers purchase their ideal property homes, always staying within their budget. As a bank agent for foreclosed properties, Janine was responsible for monthly reports, providing estimates for repairs, hiring contractors to update the property, and promoting the house's sale within a budget and time limit sales.

In all their previous positions, Janine provided accurate documentation, including listings, contracts, leases, deeds, and closing statements. Janine negotiated on behalf of clients and provided guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Janine also coordinated activity with third parties, including appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, attorneys, and home inspectors. Whenever possible, Janine created a schedule of events and followed up on transaction status to secure a closing promptly. Janine also kept client relations management up-to-date.
