Dan Foster has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dan started their career in 2000 as a Principal Broker at The Conifer Group, Inc. Dan then moved on to Prudential Northwest Properties in 2003, where they held the position of Managing Principal Broker, overseeing the Newberg and Sherwood branches and focusing on coaching, training, and recruiting real estate professionals. In 2011, they joined Building Champions as an Executive Coach, eventually progressing to the roles of Vice President Coaching Services - Principal Coach and Vice President of Marketing and Business Development - Executive Coach. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at Building Champions. Additionally, they joined George Fox University in 2022 as an Associate Professor.

Dan Foster has a strong educational background. Dan obtained their MBA in Business from George Fox University during the period of 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Bible/Biblical Studies also from George Fox University, completing their studies between 1995 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, Dan has obtained certifications in leadership and coaching. In 2006, they received the Becoming a Coaching Leader Certification from Building Champions, Inc. Furthermore, in 2017, they successfully completed the Profile Certification Training offered by The Leadership Circle.
