Gavin Kerr has a diverse and extensive work experience. Throughout their career, they have held various executive positions in both the healthcare and corporate sectors. Gavin has served as CEO Mentor at Building Champions, where they are known for their strategic insight and ability to achieve results. Prior to this, they worked as a Consultant at Sherbrooke Partners. From 2008 to 2017, they held the position of President and CEO at the Inglis Foundation, where they enabled people with disabilities to achieve their goals and live independently. Gavin also has experience as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, President & Chief Executive Officer at Mercy Health System, President and CEO at AssetTrade, VP of Strategic Planning & Organization Effectiveness at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, and Director of HR at Pepsi-Cola Company. In addition, they served as Assistant Dean of Students and Head Lacrosse Coach at St. Mary's College of Maryland in the early years of their career. Overall, Gavin Kerr's work history showcases their expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Gavin Kerr's education history begins in 1975 when they enrolled at Colgate University. Gavin pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and completed their studies in 1978.
After obtaining their undergraduate degree, Gavin Kerr went on to attend Princeton Theological Seminary from 1978 to 1982. During their time there, they focused on counseling and obtained a Master of Divinity degree.
In addition to their formal education, Gavin Kerr obtained a certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in August 2020.
