Natalia Kalnina

Natalia Kalnina is a Customer Success Executive at BCIS since June 2023, previously serving as a Sales Development Representative. Prior to this role, Natalia worked at Welcome Break from November 2021 to June 2023 as a Sales Assistant, enhancing customer experience at Waitrose & Partners. Prior to Welcome Break, Natalia gained experience at New Look from July 2017 to September 2020, where as a Supervisor, responsible for managing daily operations and motivating team members, and as a Sales Assistant, focused on customer engagement and complaint resolution. Natalia completed a degree in Business Management and HR Management at De Montfort University from 2020 to 2023.
