Erin Arlene Horanzy has a diverse work experience. Erin Arlene began their career in 2005 as a Library Professional at various libraries. In 2010, they became an Administrator at Kaman Corporation. In 2015, they joined The New York Public Library as a Librarian. In 2019, they were promoted to 2nd in charge of branch operations and developed, implemented, and ran 8 programs per week, increasing adult program offerings by 700% in FY16 and a further 100% in FY17. In 2021, Erin became the Founder and Managing Director of Horanzy Lukka Ventures and Co-Founder of Fresh Perspectives.
