Barbara Flood has extensive experience in office management and customer service roles, currently serving as the Office Manager at Detroit Land Bank Authority since December 2014, assisting in organizing office operations and serving as the primary point of contact for various operational needs. Previously, Barbara held positions as a Compliance Officer and Client Support Specialist at the same organization, where responsibilities included monitoring property progress and providing customer service. Prior to this, Barbara managed retail operations at St. Vincent DePaul Thrift Store, significantly increasing sales, and co-chaired quality assurance systems at Warren Truck Assembly Plant, focusing on training and audits. Barbara holds an Associate's degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University.
