Martina Johnson Orange

Martina Johnson Orange is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in real estate development and urban planning. Currently serving as Project Manager III at the Detroit Land Bank Authority since December 2021, Martina oversees the disposal of properties for various development projects, including residential, mixed-use, and urban agriculture initiatives. Previously, Martina held the position of Senior Manager of Homebuilding at Develop Detroit, Inc. from January 2018 to January 2023, and served as Contract Administrator at the Detroit Housing Commission from August 2008 to January 2023. Earlier in their career, Martina worked as Housing Development Coordinator for the Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation from October 2003 to July 2008. Martina holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Spring Arbor University and a Bachelor's Degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Michigan State University.
