Colin Evin is an experienced technician currently serving as Technician II at Building Enclosure Science LLC since July 2022. Building Enclosure Science (BES) is a building envelope/enclosure consultant, offering wide ranging services for new and existing construction. We focus exclusively on the the complex integration of exterior building materials and systems, including roofing, glazing, claddings, masonry, concrete and waterproofing details. Our services include building enclosure commissioning (BECx) for QA/QC in new construction, as well as extensive assessment and investigation for deficiencies (i.e. water intrusion) in existing buildings.
