Currently serving as a Manager of Educational Resources at Building Energy Exchange, Hailey focuses on developing training programs related to building decarbonization laws. Previously, at companies like PolyGone and C40 Cities, Hailey has demonstrated their ability to build networks, secure funding, and lead projects effectively. With a background in zoology and environmental studies, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree from Columbia University, Hailey is dedicated to making a positive impact on environmental issues.

Building Energy Exchange
The Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex) is a center of excellence dedicated to reducing the effects of climate change by improving the built environment. BE-Ex accelerates the transition to healthy, comfortable, and energy efficient buildings by serving as a resource and trusted expert to the building industry. The Building Energy Exchange is a project of Green Light New York, Inc., a nonprofit, tax-exempt charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible as allowed by law.
