Kearey Maurer is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at BECI since November 2020. In this role, Kearey collaborates with key leadership, including the CFO and Comptroller, and has successfully launched an annual employee motivational and learning program. Prior to BECI, Kearey worked as a Payroll Coordinator at SimpleHR, managing HR-related matters and maintaining client relationships. Kearey's earlier experience includes serving as Accounting and Office Assistant and Shift Leader at Bloomin' Brands, Inc. Kearey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources Management from Northwest Florida State College.
