Nick Viator

Nick Viator is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Denver Branch Manager at Building Engineering-Consultants, Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this role, Nick was a Project Manager at Mortenson and a Special Projects Division Project Manager at Turner Construction Company, where substantial involvement included managing the exterior enclosure for the $1B+ Denver Veteran Affairs Medical Center project. Nick also has a background in project engineering, having worked on significant projects such as the Metro Rail Orange and Blue Line Renovation as a Project Engineer at Clark Construction. In addition to construction management, Nick has experience as a rock climbing guide and outdoor climbing instructor, showcasing a strong blend of technical and outdoor skills. Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science with a minor in Spanish from Texas A&M University.
