Krysten Hartman

Krysten Hartman is a seasoned professional in the field of education with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and program management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at BES since December 2018, Hartman plays a crucial role in preparing leaders to transform education. Prior roles include various positions at Chiefs for Change, where responsibilities encompassed managing a significant accelerator fund, conducting policy analysis, and fundraising, and as Program Manager for the Middle East Initiative at Harvard Kennedy School, where Hartman organized events and developed educational programs related to public policy. Hartman also holds a Fulbright Research Fellowship focused on special education policy in Kuwait and has contributed to various educational initiatives through past roles at the Latika Roy Foundation and the Girl Scouts of Eastern Massachusetts. Hartman earned an Ed.M. in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a BA in Middle Eastern Studies and Government from Claremont McKenna College.
