Terrance Scott

Terrance Scott serves as the Director of Leadership Development and Fellowship Coaching at BES since September 2024 and holds the position of Director of Advancement and K-12 Pathways at Morehouse College since July 2024. Previously, Terrance worked as a Professional Education Facilitator at Harvard Graduate School of Education from May 2022 to June 2025, focusing on professional development for school leaders with an emphasis on turnaround strategies and mental health initiatives. In addition, Terrance was a Development Facilitator for Leadership and Human Potential at Providence Public Schools and a Special Assistant to the Superintendent at Cambridge Public Schools, where responsibilities included support for school improvement and strategic leadership. Terrance holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harvard University, expected to be completed in April 2025, and a Master of Education from Columbia University.
