Glennys Abreu has been working in the IT field for over a decade. In 2018, they began working as a Customer Success Manager at Building Intelligence Inc., where they led numerous projects and new implementations. Her role included spearheading 3 employees, including 2 developers, to facilitate product development in alignment with customer needs and focus on upgraded products for standardized services. Glennys also coordinated various training, both remote and in-person, while producing positive results in line with organizational goals. Prior to this, they worked at Publicis Re:Sources from 2014 to 2018. During this time, they served as an IT Operations Analyst, providing IT support to numerous clients of Publicis Groupe. Glennys also boosted customer experience by administering ticketing system and incoming requests efficiently and actively. In 2008, they began working at Slamdunk Sportswear as a Sales Associate and Cashier.

Glennys Abreu attended John Jay College (CUNY) from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Criminal Justice. Glennys then attended Year Up from 2013 to 2014, studying Information Technology.
