Michael Fears has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1992 with Autodesk. Michael has held various roles within the company, including Sr. Applications Engineer/Technical Manager and Enterprise Customer Champion. In these positions, they focused on customer success, support, mentoring, and driving growth and adoption of Autodesk technology. Michael also worked as a Technical Account Manager and Learning Development Manager during their time at Autodesk. In 2003, they ventured into entrepreneurship as the proprietor of BOB's SALT AND FEED Service, a retail and delivery company. Michael later joined Veristream in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager and Regional Account Manager, where they engaged with clients and ensured their ongoing success. Presently, they serve as the Business Development Manager at Building Intelligence Inc., where they are responsible for obtaining and retaining customers, as well as project management tasks.
Michael Fears attended Triton College from 1985 to 1988, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Aided Design/Computer Aided Manufacturing Technology.
