Building Management Partners understands buildings from the ground up. We have experiences of being a real estate owner, investor, designer, builder, property manager and full service maintenance provider. We have 90 years experience as a building contracor; 40 years as a real estate investor, developer, owner and manager; and 40 years experience managing and maintaining our buildings. Currently, we provide building maintenance and grounds services to more than 150 owners for more than 225 buildings comprising more than 15,000,000 square feet of space.
