Efe Berk Yılmaz has held several roles throughout their work experience. Efe Berk started their career as an intern at Dorce Prefabricated Building and Construction Industry Trade Inc, where they successfully worked within tight deadlines and maintained company inventory. Efe Berk also created spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes.

Afterward, they joined Halsa Sängar AB as a Sales Specialist, where they greeted customers, assisted them in finding suitable products, and promoted the Swedish bedding brand's merchandise.

Following that, Efe worked as a Business Development Specialist at www.epcturkey.com, a web tool and database that shared tenders and business development news for Turkish companies expanding globally.

Efe Berk then took on the role of Business Development Manager at www.epctender.com. In this position, they managed the global EPC (Engineering Procurement Construction) database, provided up-to-date tenders and business development news to members, and improved efficiency and productivity through the application of new skills.

Currently, Efe is working as a Business Development Associate at Building Markets.

Efe Berk Yılmaz started their education in 2008 at Ankara Anadolu Lisesi, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2012. Efe Berk then pursued a Bachelor's degree in International Entrepreneurship from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi between 2012 and 2017. In addition to their main degree program, Efe Berk Yılmaz attended various language and culture programs. In 2015, they participated in a Language and Culture Program at Moscow State University Institute of Russian Language and Culture. In 2016, they attended a Russian Language Program at Odessa I.I. Mechnikov National University. Efe Berk also completed a Language Course at Moscow State University Institute of Asian and African Countries in 2017.
