Charlie Griggs

Charlie Griggs is an experienced professional with a diverse background in fund development, administration, and strategic business management. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Fund Development at Building Neighborhoods Together since March 2020, Charlie leads efforts in fund development and communications, focusing on housing equity initiatives in Connecticut. Prior experience includes founding MugShot Beverages, LLC, and holding multiple leadership roles at BNY Mellon and Mellon Financial, where successes included substantial revenue growth and strong client relationships. Charlie holds a BS in Business Administration and Management Science from Carnegie Mellon University, complemented by a minor in Spanish.
