Myesha Kendrix

Myesha Kendrix is a senior field project supervisor at Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E). She moved to the Bay Area from Modesto to pursue her career, education, and real estate goals. Myesha attended California State University Sacramento and graduated with a BA in Communications. At the University, she discovered her passion for helping the community to improve its social and economic status. She joined the first intercollegiate historically African American Greek-lettered Sorority (Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated) and continues to work closely with them to aid in community programs for family healthcare and wellness and to promote/build an economic legacy.

As an African American woman, Myesha strives to be a role model for young adults – to show that with hard work and dedication you can achieve anything, no matter the circumstances. Myesha is the first person in her own family to graduate from college, own multiple homes, and have a thriving career. Myesha is currently attending St. Mary's College of California to obtain her Master’s Degree in Management & Technology. Myesha lives by the mantra that failure is not an option and the sky is the limit, even though life is full of challenges with many twists and turns. "Without struggle there is no progress." - Frederick Douglass.
