Gary Bullock, CPM, is a seasoned professional in real estate operations with over a decade of experience as Director of Operations and Managing Broker at Millrock Management since May 2010. Bullock holds a Utah Principal Real Estate Brokerage license as well as a Dual Real Estate Brokerage License. Additionally, Bullock serves on the Utah Uniform Building Code Commission since March 2022 and has been involved with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International as Vice Chair of the Nominating Committee since January 2020. Bullock has also been the Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Building Owners and Managers Association of Utah since January 2015. Educationally, Bullock is an alumnus of Brigham Young University, having attended from 1981 to 1985.
