Cora Hallsworth

Cora Hallsworth is a seasoned professional in sustainability and environmental management, currently serving as Principal at CHRM Consulting since November 2013, where expertise lies in climate change, energy, and sustainability projects. Cora has contributed to the BCIT Centre for Ecocities as Manager, Municipal Programs & Ecocity Initiatives since April 2019, advancing ecoCity initiatives and tools for municipalities. In addition, Cora holds the position of Senior Associate at One Earth Initiative, leading One Planet Saanich and supporting sustainable consumption projects. Cora also directs the Greater Victoria 2030 District for BOMA International, overseeing the development of high-performing buildings. Previous roles include Senior Associate at the Whistler Centre for Sustainability, instructor at BCIT School of Business, and Sustainability Consultant at UL Environment. Cora's career began with significant positions in environmental consultancy, including at The Sheltair Group, Resource Integration Systems, and the Recycling Council of Ontario. Cora holds a B.Sc. in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph.
