Previously, James held the position of Manager of Membership at the American Hotel & Lodging Association, and Manager of Admissions at SIOR, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes and managing member communications. James also served as Membership Coordinator at SIOR, aiding over 3,200 global members and coordinating key industry events. Prior legal support roles at MCSHANE, PC and the Financial Services Roundtable, along with intern positions at the Democratic Governors Association and the U.S. World War One Centennial Commission, further enriched James's skill set. A Bachelor’s degree in History from American University was earned from 2013 to 2017.
