Ken Rosenfeld is a seasoned professional in public policy, sustainability, and advocacy within the commercial real estate sector. Currently serving as the Director of State and Local Affairs at BOMA International since May 2017, Ken directs advocacy efforts and produces policy resources on key issues. Prior to this role, Ken was the President of Town Square Consultancy, offering senior-level consulting services. Notable leadership positions include Executive Director roles at both the Virginia Energy Efficiency Council and the Waterford Foundation, and the founding directorship of the sustainability program at the National League of Cities.
