Rupert Parker

Rupert Parker has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Rupert is the Founder and CEO of Building Passport since 2020. Prior to that, they co-founded PropSki Limited in 2012. Rupert has also worked at Avison Young as the Head of Futureproofing from February 2019 to July 2020. Additionally, they have held various roles at GVA UK, including Head of Futureproofing from June 2017 to July 2020, Associate from October 2013 to June 2017, and Surveyor from August 2010 to October 2013.

Rupert Parker completed their education with a MEng (Hons) degree in Civil and Structural Engineering with German at the University of Leeds from 2006 to 2010. Rupert then pursued further studies and obtained a MSc degree in Real Estate from London South Bank University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to their university studies, Parker attended Tonbridge School from 2001 to 2006, where they completed their A-Levels in Maths, English, and German, while also pursuing AS-Levels in French and Economics.
