Alexandra Claas

Alexandra Claas is an experienced professional with a background in account coordination and customer service. Currently an Account Coordinator at BSI since April 2022, Alexandra previously worked as a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent/CSR at American Family Insurance from May 2019 to April 2022, and as a Partner Support Specialist at Zywave from February 2018 to April 2019. Prior experience includes a role as a Hostess at Balzac Wine Bar and an internship at Jazz FM. Alexandra earned a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Advertising, and Media Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, completing studies there from 2012 to 2016, and also pursued education at the University of London in 2015.
