Jennifer M. currently serves as the Manager for Immigration Legal Services at Building Skills Partnership since August 2025, following a tenure as the Managing Attorney for the Immigration Court Helpdesk at Esperanza Immigrant Rights Project. Jennifer's experience includes managing a team of legal professionals across multiple immigration courts in Los Angeles and overseeing programs that empower non-detained and unrepresented individuals in removal proceedings. Prior roles include Staff Attorney positions at USC Gould Immigration Clinic and Immigrant Defenders Law Center, where Jennifer provided legal representation to Unaccompanied Immigrant Children and implemented case tracking systems. Jennifer began her legal career with externships and internships, culminating in a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in Immigrant Advocacy from Loyola Law School and a bachelor's degree in History/Sociology from UCLA.
