Susan Allen

Susan Allen, OBE, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Yorkshire Building Society and is a Leadership Council Member at Business in the Community. Allen's extensive experience includes being a Board Member at TheCityUK and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Alzheimer's Society, where involvement includes roles on various committees. Additional positions include Council Member of the Building Societies Association and former Head of Customer Transformation at Barclays UK. Previous roles at Santander UK comprised CEO of Retail & Business Banking, Chief Transformation Officer, and Managing Director of UK Banking. Allen has also held board membership at UK Finance and contributed to Women in Banking and Finance - UK as an Advisory Board Member, with earlier leadership roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
