Eric Smolen

Eric Smolen is the Director of Innovation at Building Tomorrow, Inc. Since July 2015. Eric is responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies and methods to further the organization's mission in Uganda. Prior to this role, Eric held positions such as Digital Coordinator at Building Tomorrow, Inc., Marketing Intern at Eli Lilly and Company, Sales Intern at Xtraice, and TruMatch Personalized Solutions Customer Support at DePuy Orthopaedics. Eric holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and International Business from Indiana University Bloomington.
