Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at Building Tomorrow is responsible for steering the organization's strategic vision, overseeing program implementation, and ensuring alignment with the mission to improve access to quality education for underserved children in East Africa. They collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including local communities, government ministries, and on-the-ground staff, to drive initiatives that bring out-of-school children into supportive learning environments and construct new primary schools. The team ensures that all efforts are community-supported, inclusive, and focused on long-term sustainability.
