Marion Mason

Marion Mason is an experienced educational leader and pastoral figure, currently serving as Pastor at National Community Church since January 2017, with roles including Campus Pastor for both Kingstowne and Barracks locations in Virginia. In a consulting capacity at Building For Mission since October 2017, Marion specializes in talent management. Previous experience includes positions at Eastern Nazarene College as Dean of Students and adjunct faculty, and a lengthy tenure at Northeastern University as a Senior Training Consultant and Assistant Director of the African American Institute. Marion has also held various roles in athletics, community organization, and strategic planning, showcasing a strong background in organizational development, student affairs, and crisis management.
