Paul Harris

Paul Harris currently serves as the Dean of Student Support at The Steward School and is the Founder and Lead Consultant at PCH Solutions, LLC, a training firm focused on promoting racial justice and mental health in educational settings. Previously, Paul held roles as an Associate Professor at both Penn State University and the University of Virginia, teaching courses in education and counseling while directing research labs dedicated to the wellness of Black student-athletes. Early career positions include serving as a School Counselor at Freedom High School and Warwick High School, and as an Academic Advisor at the University of Maryland. Paul holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education, an M.Div., and degrees in School Counseling and Sports Medicine from Virginia Union University and the University of Virginia.
