Buildingi
Zachary Colen is a CAD/IWMS Administrator at Buildingi since December 2017, where responsibilities include updating CAFM information using AutoCAD and property management software while adhering to client CAD standards and ensuring exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Zachary served as a Draftsman and Project Manager at SCA Design from February 2014 to December 2017, where the organization and maintenance of CAD and Photoshop files were key tasks, along with verifying project dimensions and floor plans through physical inspection. Zachary holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Architecture from North Seattle College, earned between 2018 and 2020, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Coronado High School in 2010.

This includes IWMS, CAD & BIM, Occupancy Planning, and Office 365 services.
