Anjo Mathew is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in software testing and management. Currently serving as the Quality Assurance Team Lead at BuildingMinds since February 2020, Anjo is responsible for exploratory testing and developing test plans and strategies for the QA team. Prior experience includes roles at Bosch Engineering GmbH, where Anjo focused on analyzing JavaScript automation testing tools and performed web application testing, regression testing, and API testing. Anjo also contributed to projects at Ubisoft, advancing from a trainee QC tester to an Associate Test Lead, managing a team of 15 testers and overseeing testing initiatives to ensure project releases met quality standards. Anjo holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and Management from Hochschule Heilbronn and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Dr MGR Educational and Research Institute.
