Erik Laux

Erik Laux has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Erik is currently the Head of Professional Services at BuildingMinds, where they started in November 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Schindler Group from January 2017 to October 2020 as the Head Digital Workplace. In this role, they were responsible for providing digital tools to over 60,000 employees across more than 100 countries. Erik focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure technologies and oversaw the entire lifecycle of these tools. Before joining Schindler Group, Erik worked as a Technology Consultant at BearingPoint from April 2013 to December 2016. Erik also worked as a Consultant at PAUL Consultants e.V. from December 2009 to August 2012.

Erik Laux completed their education at Technische Universität Dresden from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Diplom degree in Information Systems Engineering. In 2012, they attended the University of Surrey, but it is not specified if they obtained a degree or field of study during that time.

In terms of certifications, Erik became an IT-CMF Associate in June 2016. Erik also obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification from Microsoft in June 2015. Furthermore, they achieved an English Certificate from GERS/CEFR with a proficiency level of C1 in September 2012.
