Karina Loekmanwidjaja

Karina Loekmanwidjaja has extensive work experience in the fields of product management, sustainability, construction project management, and architecture. Karina 'smost recent position is as a Product Manager for Sustainability at BuildingMinds since January 2023. Prior to that, they held roles such as Product Development Sustainability Expert and Product Development Sustainability Intern at the same company. Before joining BuildingMinds, Karina worked as a Sustainability Specialist Intern at Arcadis, where they supported documentation analysis and report elaboration for green building certification and sustainability assessments. Karina also has experience as a Process and PMO Coordinator at Athie Wohnrath, overseeing processes and managing teams. Additionally, Karina has worked as a Construction Project Manager at OMMA ARQUITETURA | ENGENHARIA | CONSTRUÇÃO, responsible for project contracts, construction quality supervision, and client management. Karina started their career as a Construction Supervisor Architect at Foz Engenharia, where they were in charge of managing suppliers, budgets, and communication among stakeholders. Karina also gained experience as an Architect Intern at cenarios pedagogicos and LoebCapote, where they worked on a variety of projects and participated in the elaboration of executive designs.

Karina Loekmanwidjaja has a diverse education history. Karina completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Building Sustainability at Technische Universität Berlin from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2010 and 2015. In 2019, Karina obtained a certification as an Agile Scrum Master (ASM) through Projetti Inovatti, developing skills in project management. Additionally, in 2013, they pursued a one-year program towards a Master of Architecture (M.Arch.) degree at EPFL (École polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne). Moreover, Karina has obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance in January 2023.
