Silvia Lodato

Silvia Lodato's work experience includes a role as a Content Creator Working Student at BuildingMinds since March 2022. Previously, they worked as a Customer Care Representative in the fashion and luxury industry at TFOUR HEROES S.R.L. from July 2018 to July 2021. In this role, they managed ecommerce platforms, assisted customers with inquiries through various channels, and provided high-quality customer service. Additionally, they served as an Assistant Language Teacher at AIESEC in Germany for a brief period in 2018, where they tutored students in English, Spanish, and Italian languages and conducted lessons on sustainability and development. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Translator at Piccolo Teatro di Milano - Teatro d'Europa, translating and subtitling scripts for an international drama festival.

Silvia Lodato began their education in 2009 at Liceo Linguistico Falcone e Borsellino, where they earned their Maturità Italiana (Italian High School Diploma) in 2014. Silvia then attended Vista Grande High School for one year in 2012 as part of an exchange program. From 2014 to 2018, Silvia studied at SSML Carlo Bo, where they pursued a B.A. in Applied Linguistics, Cultural Studies, Interpreting, and Translation. During their time at SSML Carlo Bo, they also obtained a Chinese A1 level certificate in November 2017 and a TOEFL certification in December 2016. Moving forward, Silvia pursued further education at Learnn, specializing in Digital Marketing and Growth Hacking. In 2021, they began their Master of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies at Hochschule Macromedia | Macromedia University of Applied Sciences, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
