Jonathan Griggs

Jonathan Griggs has a strong background in IT infrastructure and systems engineering. Jonathan has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 2005 at Environmental Health & Engineering, where they were an IT Specialist responsible for LAN operations and backup solutions. Jonathan then worked at Tech Networks of Boston as a Helpdesk Consultant and later a Project Engineer, where they performed technology reviews, developed project plans, and provided technical support to clients. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at iCorps Technologies as a Technology and Systems Engineer, managing and maintaining IT infrastructure for multiple clients and successfully upgrading hardware and migrating applications. Jonathan then joined Eliza Corporation in 2010 as a Systems Engineer and later became the Principal Systems Engineer, leading infrastructure operations and improving infrastructure uptime. Jonathan continued their career at MITRE as a Senior Infrastructure Services Engineer and at Aspect Software as a Senior Systems and Cloud Engineer. Currently, they are working at Buildium as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect, leveraging their expertise in cloud infrastructure and architecture.

Jonathan Griggs received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Science and Policy from the University at Albany, SUNY in the years 2001-2005. In addition, they hold several certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS), MCITP: Server Administrator from Microsoft, and VCP4 from VMWare, Inc.
