Chris Barrell

Chris Barrell is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in driving product strategy and growth across various organizations. As a Senior Product Manager at Buildkite since December 2022, Chris leads the flagship product Pipelines, focusing on onboarding and product growth initiatives. Previously, as Lead Product Manager at Edrolo from May 2021 to November 2022, Chris successfully enhanced the education platform for high school teachers and students, resulting in significant sales growth and increased customer engagement. Chris’s earlier roles at Culture Amp included Senior Product Manager and People Scientist, where contributions spanned employee feedback platforms and customer success practices, scaling initiatives and developing training for internal teams. Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Melbourne, a Master of Applied Psychology in Organizational Psychology from Murdoch University, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychology from Monash University.
