Jason Jacob has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Software Engineer at SafetyCulture. Jason worked there until February 2019. In 2019, they joined Sine as a Software Engineer, working until October of the same year. Following this, they joined Buildkite and has held various roles, including Support Engineer, Senior Support Engineer, Support Lead, Director of Customer Support, and currently serves as the Vice President of Customer Support.

Jason Jacob obtained a Certificate IV in Computer Programming from Chisholm Institute in 2010. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Programming from RMIT University, which they completed from 2011 to 2014.
