Al' Urdun Islam

Al' Urdun Islaam is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in youth engagement and community advocacy. Currently serving as a Student Engagement Specialist at Build Onn since August 2023, Al' Urdun Islaam also holds the role of Justice Advisor with the Connecticut Justice Alliance, focusing on incorporating the voices of young people into policy changes. Previous experience includes serving as CEO at Tadoww Entertainment, where event organization and fundraising were key responsibilities, and as a Program Assistant at Carnegie Hall, facilitating youth programs and outreach initiatives. Al' Urdun Islaam co-founded My Social Network A&I, leading workshops for personal development aimed at teens and engaging with potential partners and funders.
