Andrea Lidzbarski

Andrea Lidzbarski currently serves as the First GTM Recruiter at BuildOps, overseeing full cycle recruitment for Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing in the US and Canada since January 2025. Prior to this role, Andrea was a Talent Acquisition Partner at ClickUp from June 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included leading global recruitment efforts across various departments covering multiple regions including EMEA, AMER, LATAM, and APAC. Previous experience includes roles as a Recruiter and Associate Recruiter at ClickUp, as well as leading recruiting operations at Robert Half and managing operations at AMC Theatres. Andrea holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from California State University, Los Angeles.
