Esther Tsvayg

Esther Tsvayg serves as a Customer Success Manager at BuildOps since April 2025. Previously, Esther worked at Beam Impact from September 2022 to January 2025, first as a Senior Social Impact Partnerships Associate, where contributions included surveying over 150 nonprofits, managing client relationships, and collaborating with sales to secure prominent clients. Esther also held the position of Social Impact Partnerships Associate at Beam Impact, focusing on onboarding nonprofits and optimizing product launches. Additional experience includes fact-checking for The Nevada Independent, communications and operations at the Fund for Guaranteed Income, and consulting roles at various organizations. Esther earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Stanford University and graduated from Brooklyn Technical High School.
