John Laino

John Laino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in customer experience and success management. John currently holds the position of Chief of Staff at BuildOps since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Uberall from October 2020 to March 2022. John also served as the Vice President of Success Management and Customer Programs at ServiceTitan from August 2018 to February 2020. Before that, they were the Head of Enterprise Account and Solutions Management at ZipRecruiter from January 2018 to August 2018. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President of Account Management and Customer Operations at Velocify from March 2015 to January 2018. John gained experience as a Customer Success Director at salesforce.com from March 2014 to December 2014.

Furthermore, John Laino has an extensive background with NetApp, where they spent almost ten years in various leadership roles, including Senior Director of Support Account Management and Senior Director of Customer Services Management. During their tenure at NetApp, they focused on building teams, establishing processes, sales enablement, and engaging customers to ensure overall customer success. John held roles such as Director of Global Support Planning, Director of Worldwide Sales Operations, and Director of Global Service Operations.
