Anat Dinar - Leicaj

Anat Dinar - Leicaj currently serves as VP HR at Buildots since February 2023. Prior experience includes the role of VP People for the Product and Engineering teams at Via from January 2016 to September 2022, where Anat built a team of 17 People professionals and led comprehensive HR processes. Earlier, Anat worked as Human Resources Manager and Project Manager & Consultant at BYON IT Solutions from June 2008 to May 2016, overseeing HR and recruitment while managing consulting projects in organizational development and business continuity. Prior positions include Human Resources Consultant, Head of Recruitment Section, and various leadership roles in Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200. Anat holds a Master's degree in Labor Studies and a BA in Mathematics and Psychology from Tel Aviv University, alongside certifications in Mathematics Teacher Education.
