Corey Brockamp has worked in the customer experience industry since 2010. Corey began their career at Ojai Valley Inn & Spa as a Bell Operations in 2010. Corey then moved to The Trade Desk, Inc. in 2013 as a Data Strategist. In 2014, they joined Refuel Agency as an Account Manager providing consultation on audience targeting, geo targeting, creative, content, positioning, timing, and frequency. In 2015, they joined Procore Technologies as a Team Lead Customer Success - Owners, Manager of Customer Success APAC, Enterprise Customer Success Manager, and Implementation Manager. In 2021, they joined Buildr as the Director of Customer Experience.
Corey Brockamp's education history includes a two-year Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Ventura College, which they obtained in 2012. Corey then attended California State University Channel Islands from 2012 to 2014, majoring in Communication and Media Studies. Additionally, Brockamp has obtained three certifications: UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data and UX Design: 1 Overview from LinkedIn in 2020, and Procore Certified: Associate from Procore Technologies in 2015.
