Philip Minardi has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Vice President of Strategic Engagement at BuildWithin, a venture-backed technology company focused on providing access, resources, and training for individuals to pursue successful careers. Prior to this, they worked at Expedia Group as the Global Director of Public Affairs and later as the Director of Public Affairs, North America. Before Expedia, they held the position of Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs at The Travel Technology Association, where they played a key role in establishing the organization's leadership in the travel technology and "gig" economies. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Press Secretary for United States Congressman Erik Paulsen and working as a Global Account Consultant at Anixter. Additionally, Philip was a Co-Founder of The Garden of Ink Foundation, a non-profit organization that aimed to distribute books to individuals in need in Chicago.
