Francesca Pattat

Francesca Pattat currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Engagement at By The Hand Club For Kids, having previously held the roles of Director of Strategic Engagement and Director of Fund Development within the organization. Francesca's prior experience includes serving as Executive Director and Associate Fundraising Director at Association Development Solutions, as well as various positions in the education and nonprofit sectors, such as Dance Instructor at Winfield Park District and Job Coach at STARS Family Services. Francesca has also contributed to marketing and communications initiatives as an intern for the City of West Chicago and has held roles at North Central College in Ministry and Service and as a Program Development Intern at GiGi's Playhouse Inc. Francesca holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a focus on Community Studies and a minor in Social Change Leadership from North Central College.
