Brett Grendahl

Brett Grendahl is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the construction and mortgage industries. Currently serving as Founder and CEO of Built Data since September 2023, Brett focuses on enhancing construction labor workforce collaboration through an innovative market network. Previously, Brett founded and managed Grendahl Mechanical LLC, achieving $5 million in annual revenue while working on various HVAC, electrical, and plumbing projects. Additionally, Brett held roles such as Board Member and Construct*ium Chair at the Minnesota Construction Association, Steering Committee Member at Building Intelligence Group, and Vice President of Retail Mortgage Production at Peoples Bank. Earlier in Brett's career, leadership positions included Private Mortgage Bank Sales Manager at Wells Fargo and founding Tidalwave Capital and Tidalwave Trader. Brett holds a BSB with Distinction in Information and Decision-Making Science from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management and a Business degree from the University of the Virgin Islands.
