Vivian Xu

Vivian Xu is an experienced Quantity Surveyor currently working at Built Environs since August 2023, contributing to the construction of three new hospital buildings with a total contract value exceeding $200 million. Previously, Vivian served as Auckland Treasurer for the National Association of Women in Construction NZ from November 2021 to January 2024, overseeing the financial operations and supporting women's empowerment in the construction industry. Vivian's prior experience includes roles as a Quantity Surveyor at Naylor Love, where involvement spanned multiple projects such as school builds and apartment developments, and as an Estimator at Brosnan, focusing on retirement village and school developments. Vivian commenced a career in quantity surveying at G.J. Gardner Homes NZ and holds a Bachelor of Construction in Quantity Surveying from Massey University, completed in 2018.
