Jerome Harris

Jerome Harris is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in the construction industry, currently serving as the National Head of Quality at Built. since July 2025. As the Chairman of Construction Quality Australia since January 2022, Jerome leads initiatives to enhance project certainty and quality standards. Previous roles include General Manager Quality at John Holland, where Jerome developed a successful 5-Year Quality Strategy, and President of the Institute of Quality Construction, which advocates for quality improvements in the industry. Jerome's career encompasses key positions at major companies such as Lendlease, Leighton Contractors, and Brookfield Multiplex, focusing on quality management systems, risk-based quality approaches, and team culture development. Jerome holds a BA in Geography from The London School of Economics and an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
